Característiques organolèptiques varietat OLIANA:

Oliana: hibridació de les varietats: Arbequina i Arbosana.

OLOR – té un perfil molt interessant, on predominen les notes d’ametlla verda. també carxofa verda, nou verda, fonoll, tomatera i plàtan verd.

GUST – afruitat, verd, suau en boca, lleugerament amarg i un picant mol tolerable. Per acabar di que és un oli mol harmoniós a nivell aromàtic i amb un bon equilibri dolç/picant

OLIANA: It is originated from a hybridization between Arbequina and Arbosana

SMELL – it has a very interesting profile, green almond notes predominate, also green artichoke, green walnut, fennel, tomato and green banana.

To conclude, it is a very harmonious oil at the aromatic level and with a good sweet/spicy balance.
